Anime film "The Night is Short and the Walking Girl" to be screened on March 9!　Gen Hoshino, Kana Hanazawa, Director Masaaki Yuasa and others will appear on stage to greet the audience.

The completion screening of the anime film "The Night is Short and the Walking Girl" will be held on April 7, 2017.

This anime film is based on the best-selling novel by Tomihiko Morimi (KADOKAWA Kadokawa Bunko). It is a coming-of-age love story about a "senior" who has feelings for a "black-haired girl" who is a junior in his club and tries to "catch her eye". The film depicts the love story of the "senpai" who struggles to "catch her eye" while being involved in an unusual incident caused by a group of unique friends in Kyoto. The film is directed by Masaaki Yuasa, written by Makoto Ueda (Europe Kikaku), and the original character design by Yusuke Nakamura.

A completion announcement screening of the film will be held at TOHO Cinemas Roppongi Hills on March 9 (Thu). In addition to Hoshino Gen, Hanazawa Kana, Akiyama Ryuji (Robert), and director Yuasa Masaaki are scheduled to attend the screening.
