Anime song unit angela to hold first 4-hour-long Budokan concert!　They also announced the theme song for the spring anime "Aho Girl"!

On March 4, popular anime song unit angela held its first solo live concert at the Nippon Budokan.

angela is a music unit consisting of vocalist atsuko and arranger/guitarist/keyboardist KATSU. angela was formed in 1993 and made its major debut in 2003 with the theme song for the anime "Uchu no Stelvia". Since then, they have been a popular unit active at the forefront of the anime song scene for many years.
The live performance on this day was full of festive atmosphere not only inside the venue but also outside. The main part of the live performance was also very exciting with a large volume that lasted for 4 hours.
It was also announced on the day that angela would be performing the theme song for the TV anime "Aho Girl," which will start airing in April.

Today, March 4 (Sat.), angela held their first solo live at Nippon Budokan. angela's annual year-end show since 2010, "Dai Circus", was transformed into "Tokudai Circus" this time at Nippon Budokan!
At the entrance of the venue, a huge red carpet with the title of the show was rolled out to welcome the audience. Expectations for the premium night were heightened even more. Outside the venue, clowns (clowns, etc.) enlivened the audience and the mood was already festive even before the show started.

When it was time to start, a monitor inside the venue showed an image of angela walking down the red carpet from outside the venue, and the voltage in the venue reached maximum! A large white curtain opened on the stage, and the two members of angela appeared. In the middle of this, a live broadcast was connected with angela's producer, Mr. Nakanishi (King Record), who appeared on the monitor. Mr. Nakanishi, holding a catalog with "theme song tie-up" written on it, was currently in Shinjuku and said he would run to the Budokan to deliver it to angela during the show. The live broadcast ended with Nakanishi's back as he ran off. Will he be able to arrive at the Budokan in Kudanshita during the show?

From the CD "Personal Urabando" that was specially sold at the venue on that day, atsuko selected "I'm here", KATSU "Yell for you", "cheers! and "Kore, Natsu Matsuri" from the album "LOVE & CARNIVAL" released last year. The audience became even more excited as they performed their new song "Dream on" for the first time.

After the introduction of the members, a phantom idol "Idol A-chan" appeared from the center of the stage. She is a 17-year-old idol (apparently) from the planet A-chan in the omelette rice village, and is a junior member of angela's office! She performed "Please, Shangri-La," a song she wrote for the first time! Shangri-La", a song she wrote for the first time. The song was a perfect call-and-response song, and the audience went wild.

After A-chan's performance, angela appeared on trolleys from both sides of the venue and performed "over the limits" and "Exist", circling around the arena, revealing during the MC that it was their first time on the trolley.

For the encore, the Domestic Love Band appeared on stage.
