TV anime "Welcome to the Ballroom" releases its third PV! Collaboration with the event "Sakura Mitsukoshi Grand Ball" is also available!

The third PV from the TV anime "Welcome to the Ballroom," which will start in the summer of 2017, has been released.



Welcome to the Ballroom" is a TV anime based on the manga series by Tomo Takeuchi in "Monthly Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha). It is an "authentic dance anime" that depicts an ordinary junior high school student, Tatara Fujita, who does not know what to do, and how he discovers ballroom dancing through a certain incident and how his talent blossoms. Directed by Masanori Itazu, series composition and script by Kenichi Suemitsu, character design by Takahiro Kishida, music by Yuki Hayashi, and animation production by Production I.G.

The third PV was released this time. The video focuses on each character, including the main character Tadara, Kiyoharu Hyodo, a genius dancer in the same grade as Tadara, Shizuku Hanaoka, Kiyoharu's dance partner, and Kaname Sengoku, Tadara's teacher.


It was also announced that this work will collaborate with the "Sakura Mitsukoshi Grand Ball," a three-day event being held from March 22 (Wed.) to 24 (Thu.) at the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store's Central Hall on the first floor. The event will include a dance show by dancers (from 12:15 and 14:15 on each day), an exhibition of original manga reproductions, and a screening of the third PV.
