Entry-level 2.5-inch SSD with 3D NAND flash from CFD Sales!

The S6ONCG2V series of 2.5-inch SSDs using 3D NAND flash is now available from CFD Sales.

The lineup includes two models: the 256GB capacity model CSSD-S6O256NCG2V and the 512GB capacity model CSSD-S6O512NCG2V.




The CSSD-S6O256NCG2V and CSSD-S6O512NCG2V are part of the company's entry-level S6ONCG2V series.

As mentioned above, the use of 3D NAND flash improves endurance. It features an MTBF (mean time between failures) of 2 million hours, 500,000 hours longer than the previous "NCG1Q" series.

The main specifications are as follows: body size: 100.45 x 69.85 x 7 mm; transfer rate: sequential read: max. 550 MB/s, write: max. 510 MB/s; MTBF: 2 million hours; and the maximum data transfer rate: 550 MB/s. The maximum data transfer rate: 550 MB/s, write: 510 MB/s; MTBF: 2 million hours.
