Mobile Suit Gundam Twilight AXIS" is a novel serialized in "YATATE Bunko" ( # ), a website run by Sunrise, an animation production company that has created many masterpieces and hits. Story composition and design cooperation is provided by Ark Performance, which has produced many hit works such as "Arpeggio of Blue Steel" and "Mobile Suit Gundam MSV-R: The Return of Johnny Raiden," and the author is the scriptwriter of the TV and theater versions of the anime "Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Ars Nova. The author is Kojiro Nakamura, who wrote the scripts for the TV and movie versions of the anime "Arpeggio: Ars Nova".

Synopsis
After the "Laplace's Box" incident in U.C. 0096, the Intelligence Department of the Earth Federation Forces once again feels threatened by the existence of the "Psycho Frame".
In order to solve the mystery, a survey team is dispatched to the Axis, which is said to have prevented the fall due to the influence of the psycho-frame. Among the members of the survey team were Arlette and Danton, two civilians who were once officers of the Principality of Zeon and Neo Zeon as engineers and test pilots...
After infiltrating the Axis, the survey team is attacked by a new "Gundam" in the base, which was supposed to be empty.
Arlette and Danton then encounter an event they never imagined...

Arlette Armage
During the One Year War, he participated in the development of mobile weapons for the Principality of Zeon. After the Battle of A Baoa Ku, he moved to the Axis and participated in the development of MS-related technologies. After the end of the Second Neo Zeon War, he and Danton lived in Side 6, hiding their identities. He is asked to cooperate with the special forces "Mastima," and returns to the Axis.

Danton Hyleg
Danton Hailegg was an MS test pilot in charge of data collection missions in Axis under the control of the Principality of Zeon and Neo Zeon. After the end of the Second Neo Zeon War, he moved to Side 6 with Arlette and ran a dry-cleaning business to conceal his identity, but he returns to the Axis when Memet visits. He returned to the Axis when Mehmet visited him and confronted his past.
