TV Anime "Made in Abyss" Main Casts are Miu Tomita & Mariya Ise!　The first PV and key visuals were also revealed.

The latest information on the TV anime "Made in Abyss," including the main cast and anime PV, has been released.

Made in Abyss" is a manga series by Akihito Tsukushi on the web comic site "Comic Gamma" ( # ). It is a popular work that warmly depicts the adventures of Riko, a girl who aspires to become a great "explorer" like her mother, in the "Abyss," a huge cavern that is unknowable how far it extends, and "Oath," a city built on the edge of the cavern. In December 2016, it was announced that it would be adapted into an animated TV series. The animation staff includes Masayuki Kojima, director of "Black Bullet," Hideyuki Kurata of "DRIFTERS" for series composition, and Kazuya Kise of "Ghost in the Shell: ARISE ALTERNATIVE ARCHITECTURE" (general director and character designer) for character design, Animation production is by Kinema Citrus.

The anime PV and key visuals were announced at the "AnimeJapan2017" event held on March 25 and 26, 2017. Broadcasting will start in July 2017.

The main cast was also unveiled, with Mimyu Tomita playing the main character Riko and Mariya Ise playing the role of Reg, a human-like robot found in the Abyss. Please check out the PV above.

■Rico (CV: Miu Tomita)
An active and curious girl who lives in an orphanage in "Aust," the city of large holes.
She is an apprentice caveman, and her hobby is collecting items found in the Abyss.
Her dream is to follow in her mother's footsteps and become the legendary "White Flute" caveman.

Reg (CV: Mariya Ise)
A robot found in the Abyss that looks exactly like a human being.
He has lost his memory and does not remember his name, his functions, or even that he is a robot.
