Card Captor Sakura" is a popular manga serialized in "Nakayoshi" (Kodansha) from 1996 to 2000 by CLAMP, a hit maker known for "Magic Knight Rayearth" and "XXXHOLiC". The popularity of CLAMP became a huge boom that transcended gender and generation. In 2016, the 20th anniversary of the serialization, a new chapter "Clear Card Arc" began serialization in "Nakayoshi" magazine, and it was also announced that "Clear Card Arc" would become a TV anime in January 2018.
