ADATA has released the ASU900SS-512GM-C, a 2.5-inch SSD with 512GB capacity that uses 3D MLC NAND.




The ASU900SS-1TM-C is a 512GB 2.5-inch SSD belonging to the company's "Ultimate SU900" series of 2.5-inch SSDs with 3D MLC NAND flash. 1TB and 256GB capacity models were released last month.

The controller is Silicon Motion's "SMI 2258". In addition, it has a dual cache with an onboard DRAM cache buffer and SLC cache buffer (pSLC mode), an "Advanced LDPC ECC Engine" with low-density parity checking error correction code, and a "RAID Engine" with data integrity function.
