The TV anime "Dried-up Sister! Umaru-chan" will begin its second season in the fall of 2017.

The "dried-up sister (hitomouto)! Umaru-chan" is a manga serialized in "Weekly Young Jump" (Shueisha) by Sankaku Head. Umaru-chan" is an everyday comedy centered on "dried-up sister" Umaru Tsuchima, who is a talented and impeccable high school girl outside the home but spends her time idly playing games and reading manga at home, and her caring older brother Taihei.

It was announced that a second season of this work will be produced, and a teaser visual and teaser PV have been released on the official website ( # ). The broadcast will start in the fall of 2017, and like the first season, it will be directed by Masahiko Ota, with series composition by Takashi Asashi, character design by Aya Takano, and production by Animation Studio.
