TV anime "Gaket Kegurui" announces student council cast!　Miyuki Sawashiro will play the role of the student council president, Kirauri Momogui

Cast information has been released for the TV anime "Kaket Kegurui," which will start in the summer of 2017.

Gaket Kegurui" is a TV anime based on the popular manga series by Homura Kawamoto (original story) and Toru Naomura (artwork) currently serialized in "Gan Gun JOKER" (Square Enix). The story is set at Hyakkaou Academy, a private school where the children of influential figures in the Japanese political and financial world gather and where their gambling skills such as "bargaining," "mind-reading," and "game strength" are the deciding factors in everything. Directed by Yuichiro Hayashi of "GARO", series composition by Yasuko Kobayashi of "Shinkage no Kyojin", character design by Manabu Akita of "Rage of Bahamut: VIRGIN SOUL", and animation production by "Yuri! on ICE" and "In a Corner of the World" by MAPPA.

The cast of the student council members who will be the nemesis of Yumeko Snake had been announced on the official Twitter ( @kakegurui_anime ) since April 25, and today (May 2) it was finally revealed that Miyuki Sawashiro will play the role of Kirari Momobami, the student council president. Commenting on her appearance in "Gaket Kegurui-", Ms. Sawashiro said, "I have been given the opportunity to encounter an unfathomable and unfathomable 'lady'" and "I would like to bet my life that I can be friends with her".

Other members of the student council are played by Tomokazu Sugita (Kaede Mousouda), Yuki Wakai (Izuki Kou), Karin Nahami (Yuriko Saidouin), Mariya Ise (Delirium Ikushima), Yu Serizawa (Yumemi Yumemi), Mayu Uden (Luna Kozumitsuki), and Ayaka Fukuhara (Seika Igarashi).
