Announcing the results of the "Chemona Goyou Anime Popularity Poll" [Anipota Official Poll]! The work that got the support of Friends is ......?

The official voting project "Chemona Goyo Anime Popularity Poll" was held from April 11 to April 26 on the anime portal "Anipota" operated by Akiba Research Institute, Inc. Here are the results of this voting project with a total of 5699 votes cast.

No.1 Witchcraft Works (955 votes)
No.2 No Game No Life (817 votes)
No. 3 Kemono Friends (441 votes)
No. 4 Strike Witches (412 votes)
No.5 Brave Witches (331 votes)
Sword Art Online II (319 votes)
No. 7 Kumamiko (310 votes)
No. 8 SHOW BY ROCK! (277 votes)
No. 9 Shirokuma Cafe (253 votes)
No. 10 Nekogami Yaoyorozu (174 votes)

From the results, this year's poll turned out to be a battle between "Witchcraft Works" and"No Game, No Life".
The popularity of the first-placed "Witchcraft Works" among chemomaniacs was concentrated on Kuraishi Dandelion, the leader of the KMM group (a group that loves chemomimi up close and personal) and the witch who is after the main character. Although this work does not emphasize any other animal elements besides Tanpopo Kuraishi, its popularity can be seen in the fact that it still ranked at the top of the list.
No Game No Life" (No. 2) is another popular work, with its warbeast girl, Izuna, being the most popular ......, or rather, in almost all of the works. The movie version of "No Game No Life" is a complex of moe elements such as a young girl, animal ears, Japanese costumes, and a unique tone of voice, and expectations are high for how Izuna will fare in the movie.

Coming in at No. 3 with a large drop in votes was the much talked-about anime "Kemono Friends. The anime has just finished airing, but it is expected that more media will be added to it. Although it has just finished airing, there are plans for further media development, and its popularity is likely to grow even further.
The series "Strike Witches" and "Brave Witches " ranked 4th and 5th, respectively. The heroines, who are "witches," are also animal-eared anime that grow ears and tails that look just like the witch's when they are used as messengers (......). The high popularity of the work itself also contributed to its ranking.

The top ranking was also dominated by "Sword Art Online II" (No. 6), but there were also anthropomorphic works such as"Kumamiko" ( No. 7) and "Shirokuma Cafe" ( No. 9) , in which animals behave like humans. The charm of these works lies in the cuteness and comicality of the animals' human-like gestures and behavior.

An oddity was No. 8, "SHOW BY ROCK! is an oddity, ranking eighth. This is a hybrid animal animation in which beautiful girl characters transform into monster ears or fancy mascot characters, and it was well received by a wide range of viewers, placing 8th.
In tenth place was "Nekogami Yaoyorozu," a slightly nostalgic work that aired in 2011, but it is still very popular today.

This year's poll was a bit of a surprise, as the votes were spread out among a wide range of "animal anime," from "just monster ears" to "beasts themselves," but that didn't stop some unexpected titles from ranking high.
Some people said, "Is this also a Kemono-anime?" and others said, "This is such a Kemono-anime. or "There is such a monster anime? and "There were such animal anime? We would be very happy if you could also take a look at the results of the top 10 and below, and help us to enrich your life with animal anime.
