Japanese bar "Sake Cost Sake Brewery Akihabara Branch" opened on Monday, April 24, 2012. It is located on the B1F of the Ark Building alongside Cafe Veloce Akihabara Station East Exit Store.

Sake Kochoku Shuzo is a sake specialty store where customers can enjoy more than 50 varieties of sake from all over Japan, all at cost. In addition to "Sake Cost Sake Brewery," Creative Place Inc. also operates two other Japanese-style pubs in Akihabara: "Kisaragi Akihabara Hanare" and "Seasonal Fish and Seasonal Japanese Sake Kisaragi Akihabara.
