Anime "Yuri! on ICE", a completely new movie version will be produced! Joyful voices echoed through the event venue!

Production of a new theatrical version of the anime "Yuri! on ICE" has been announced.

on ICE" is the first ever full-fledged men's figure skating anime. on ICE" is the first ever full-scale men's figure skating anime. It depicts the Grand Prix series in which skaters from various countries compete against each other in heated competitions, with cliffhanger skater Yuri Katsumo as the main character. Manga artist Mitsuro Kubo, who created "MOTEKI" and anime director Sayo Yamamoto, who worked on "MICHIKO and HACCHIN" and "LUPIN the Third: The Woman Named Fujiko Mine", have teamed up to create the original story. The character design is by Teishi Hiramatsu. Character design is by Teishi Hiramatsu, figure skating choreography by Kenji Miyamoto, and production by MAPPA.
