Rapunzel: The Next Adventure" will air on the Disney Channel on June 10, 2012! New TV series will also premiere in Japan this summer!

Set six months after the movie, the film depicts Rapunzel, who has returned to her parents and regained a happy life, as she heads off on a new adventure. The music will be composed by Alan Menken, who has composed many famous songs for "Beauty and the Beast" and "Aladdin.


Following its broadcast on the BS television station Dlife, the Disney Channel has now set the broadcast date and time for June 10, 2017 (Saturday) at 19:25~. In conjunction with the broadcast, the animated film "Rapunzel on the Tower" will be broadcast from 17:30 on the same day, and the animated short film "Rapunzel's Wedding" from 19:15 on the same day.

In addition, "Rapunzel the Series" will be broadcast for the first time in Japan this summer. This animated TV series will depict how the curious Rapunzel grows up as she encounters a world she has not yet seen, along with the unraveling of the mystery of her hair.
