Anipota Official Poll] "2017 Spring Anime Leading Male Voice Actor Popularity Poll" interim report!　Kamiya Hiroshi follows Matsuoka Sadayojo, the top!

The anime portal "Anipota" operated by Akiba Research Institute is currently holding the official voting project "2017 Spring Anime Lead Male Voice Actor Popularity Poll".

This project aims to decide the most popular male lead voice actors from TV anime currently being broadcasted, as all of the spring 2017 anime have already been released. Here are the top 10 as of May 22, 17:00, just before the end of the counting period.

Sadayuki Matsuoka is currently at the top of the list. His popularity is reflected in the number of votes he has received for "Eromanga-sensei" and "Saerenai Kanojo no Nuturekata Flat," as well as for his leading roles in other popular works. And since the beginning of the voting, Hiroshi Kamiya has been vying with Matsuoka for the top spot. At this point, there is a slight difference in the number of votes, but will Kamiya be able to turn the tables? It will be interesting to see if Mr. Kamiya can turn the tables on Mr. Kamiya, or if Mr. Matsuoka will be able to hold off Mr. Kamiya.

The top two are followed by popular voice actors well known to anime fans such as Takahiro Sakurai, Yuichi Nakamura, Yuki Kaji, Souma Saito, Yoshimasa Hosoya, and Kaito Ishikawa, but the one to watch is Shoro Miura, who at 40 years old has landed his first starring role in an anime. He has appeared in numerous video games and anime, and it remains to be seen how far he will be able to stretch his vote.

In tenth place was veteran actor Akio Otsuka. Among the handsome main characters, many anime fans were charmed by Otsuka's portrayal of the mature character Kuraroku, who is full of austerity.

The top 11 and below were also lined up in this year's popularity poll, with a very wide range of voice actors, from newcomers to established names. Depending on the results of the future polls, the ranking may well change drastically!
