TV anime "Idol Jihen" reveals Blu-ray & DVD Volume 4 jacket and contents for release on June 28, 2017!

The jacket and contents of the fourth volume of the TV anime "THE IDOL Jihen" Blu-ray & DVD, scheduled for release on June 28 (Wed.), 2017, have been revealed.

The "Idol Jihen" is a two-dimensional idol project that is being widely developed as a smartphone application and comic book with the theme of "idols x members of the Diet". Set in "Nippon," a parallel world that closely resembles modern Japan, the story depicts idols who have become members of the Diet and use song and dance to break through various social problems. The staff consists of Daisuke Yoshida as director, Mai Ishii as character designer and chief animation director, Naoya Takayama as series composition, Sumino Kawashima and Sotaro Hayashi as scriptwriters, and MAPPA/VOLN as animation production.

The jacket and contents of the fourth volume of the Blu-ray & DVD of the TV anime "Idols Incidents," which will be released on June 28, 2017 (Wednesday), have been revealed. It will also come with a special CD containing a new song "†Darkness Ball†" by Yami†Ringo-sama, played by Hope Yamamoto, as a bonus, as well as a Special Booklet (collection of settings), an observation diary of idol council members, and playing card cards (original illustrations).

The fourth volume will also feature the first appearance of the legendary "Cherry Seven," including Saki Shirakami, played by Yukari Tamura, so be sure to check it out as well.
