Based on Nodoka Shinohara's popular manga, a special event was held in Tokyo on May 21 (Sun.) for "Udon no Kuni no Kinjikimari", an animation that charmingly portrays Sota, who returns from Tokyo to his hometown in Kagawa, Poco, a child he meets at his parents' house who is transformed into a raccoon dog, and the people surrounding the two.
The voice actors Yuichi Nakamura (Sota Tawara), Shiho Kojo (Poco/Momo), Tomokazu Sugita (Shinobu Nakajima), Mai Nakahara (Rinko Oishi), Takaya Kuroda (Goro Hamada/Gao Gao), Shinnosuke Tachibana (Koji Nagatsuma), Yui Makino (Mimi) and the ending theme song singer " GOODWARP", who sang the ending theme song, were in attendance! The fans were excited to see the live recording of the moving scenes and the live performance.

When Nakamura, Kojomon, and the other voice actors appeared on stage, the venue was filled with cheers and applause.
Ms. Furushimon appeared wearing Poco ears and a bag with a Gao Gao appliqué on her shoulder, and was greeted with cheers.

The anime has been broadcast since last October, but it has been a while since the voice actors gathered together, especially Mr. Sugita, who had recorded separately, and the fact that these members gathered together was deeply moving for them as well as the fans!

When asked about memorable scenes in the film, Nakahara-san mentioned the scenery of Kagawa Prefecture, which is depicted throughout the entire episode.
Having lived in neighboring Ehime Prefecture for about 10 years, Nakahara felt nostalgia for the beautiful scenery of Shikoku, saying, "I miss it. I like the proximity to both the ocean and the mountains," he said smiling. Nakamura, who is from Kagawa Prefecture, agrees with this sentiment. He emphasized the appeal of Kagawa, saying, "In Kagawa, you can go from the ocean to the mountains in a short distance.
The venue was filled with enthusiastic fans from his hometown of Kagawa, all of whom were surprised by the sheer number of visitors.
Mr. Kojokado said that the scene where Sota, who came to Tokyo because he did not want to take over his family's udon shop, makes udon with Poco at his parents' house after his father's death was one of the most memorable scenes in the film. I was happy that Poco stepped on the udon and made it with me," he said. "Poco's cuteness comes out when she says 'uron' instead of 'udon,'" he added.
