Kino's Journey" TV anime will be broadcast this fall!　Teaser visual drawn by Kohaku Kurosei & staff announced!

With a total of 8.18 million copies of the series published, "Kino's Journey" is a timeless masterpiece by Keiichi Shigurezawa. The new TV anime series will air in the fall of 2017. In addition, a teaser visual newly drawn by Kohaku Kuroboshi, the original character designer, as well as the anime production studio and main staff have been announced.

Keiichi Shigurezawa's immortal masterpiece "Kino's Journey -the Beautiful World-" has sold a total of 8.18 million copies. The new TV anime series will air in the fall of 2017, and the title of the new anime series is "Kino's Journey -the Beautiful World-.

Kino's Journey the Beautiful World" is a light novel written by Keiichi Shigurezawa and illustrated by Kohaku Kuroboshi, published by Dengeki Bunko. The story is about Kino, a traveler who looks like a boy but is actually a girl, who travels around various countries with her partner, Hermes, a motrado (two-wheeled vehicle). Each story is like an independent fable. Each one is like a stand-alone fable, a dark tale of human greed and emotions, picked up and depicted in an unaffected manner. Kino and Hermes are, so to speak, witnesses and bystanders. Thirteen episodes were broadcast as an animated TV series in April 2003, followed by the movie "Kino's Journey: To Do Something -life goes on-" in 2005, and the movie "Kino's Journey: The Land of Illness -For You-" in 2007. In 2005, the movie "Kino's Journey to the Land of the Sick -life goes on.

In March, it was announced that "Kino's Journey" would be adapted into an animated television series, and now the broadcast date has been decided, with the announcement that the series will air this fall.
The teaser visual drawn by Kohaku Kuroboshi, the original character designer, was also unveiled today, and the staff was also announced. The animation will be directed by Tomohisa Taguchi of "Onmyoji of the Double Star" and produced by Lerche of "Assassination Classroom" and "Kuzu no Honkai" fame.
