The TV anime "Koi to Uso", which will start airing in July 2017, has released its trailer, OP theme, and additional cast information.




Koi to Uso" is a manga serialized in "Manga Box" (Kodansha, Weekly Shonen Magazine Editorial Department/DeNA) by Musawo. This popular work depicts the immature and fleeting forbidden love of boys and girls in a world where the Basic Law on Measures to Cope with the Decreasing Birthrate, commonly known as the Yukari Law, is enforced, which notifies people of their marriage partners when they reach the age of 16.

This time, prior to the TV broadcast on July 3, 2017 (Monday), the main trailer has been released. In this trailer, the opening theme song "Kanashii Happi" by popular rock band Frederick is unveiled for the first time. The creative pop sound that links to the world of the film will further enliven the film.

Additional cast members include Noriaki Taniyama as Motoi Yajima of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, which is in charge of government notifications, and Tomoyo Kurosawa as Kazuki Ichijo, also of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Eri Kitamura will narrate the film.

Akiba Research Institute is currently running a present campaign until June 15, 2017 (Thu) to invite 5 pairs of 10 people to an advance preview of the TV anime "Love and Lies. This is a chance to watch the full-length anime before it airs, so be sure to apply.
