Additional cast and theme song information has been released for the summer anime "Yugana Nichijo in Yokai Apart" which will start airing in July 2017.




Yugana Nichijo in Yokai Apart" is a TV anime based on a light novel by Hiwa Kouzuki. The story is set in a yokai apartment where yokai and ghosts live, and depicts the strange shared life of the main character Yushi Inaba, a high school student, and its unique residents.

Following the previously announced cast members of Atsushi Abe as the main character Yushi Inaba, Yuichi Nakamura as Yushi's best friend Izuki Hase, Akira Ishida as Reimei Isshiki, Miyuki Sawashiro as Akine Kuga, and Kazuya Nakai as Akira Fukase, additional cast members have been announced. The seven main cast members, including Tomoyuki Morikawa as Ryu-san, Tomokazu Sugita as the secondhand book dealer, Tasuku Hayami as the antique dealer, Koji Yusa as Sato-san, Takehito Koyasu as Fool, Rie Kugimiya as Kuri, and Mutsushin Tamura as Shiro, have now been released.

The OP theme is "Good Night Mare" by Rosalina, which was written especially for this production, and the ED theme is "Nikkougen Broken down," sung by Atsushi Abe, who plays Yushi Inaba, and Yuichi Nakamura, who plays Izutaka Hase. In addition, following the Drama CD version, Susumu Akedagawa will be the sound director and Magic Capsule will be in charge of sound production.

In addition, an advance screening will be held at the United Cinema Aqua City Odaiba in Tokyo on Saturday, July 1, prior to the broadcast on Monday, July 3. Having lost his parents, Yushi Inaba has been living in a relative's house, but when he enters high school, he decides to live on his own. There, he finds a cheap rooming house called "Kotobuki-so".
However, it turns out to be a strange "yokai apartment" with a mixture of yokai, ghosts, and humans...!
At first Yushi is perplexed by the eerie appearance of the yokai and the overly unique residents, but his previously closed mind gradually opens up through the strange shared life with them...
