TV anime "WIMUSU PEDAL NEW GENERATION" announces details of its summer collaboration event with TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN!

Details of the "WIMUSU PEDAL NEW GENERATION Summer Festival in TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN," a collaborative event between theTV anime"WIMUSU PEDAL NEW GENERATION" currently airingand Tokyo Skytree Town, have been announced.




The anime series is based on the manga of the same title by Wataru Watanabe, serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion (Akita Shoten), and has gained popularity among a wide range of people for the battles and drama of high school students who put their all into cycling road races. As the title suggests, "NEW GENERATION" features the passionate drama of the "New Generation Team" of Sohoku High School Cycling Club, including the main character, Sakamichi Onoda.

Details of the "WIMUSU PEDAL NEW GENERATION Summer Festival in TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN," a collaborative event with TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN that will be held from July 1, have been announced. Limited-edition goods featuring illustrations of all 23 characters from the new generation to alumni of "Weakushi Pedal" will be sold, and an original collaboration menu will be offered at the food corner. In addition, a photo contest using a smartphone app, a "Strider" experience event that is very popular with children, and even a collaboration rickshaw with the "Weak Mushi Pedal" collaboration will be available.

Collaboration with Wimpy Pedal Rickshaw
During the event, originally designed rickshaws in collaboration with "WIMUSUSU PEDAL" will be available!　A rickshawman wearing an original-design happi (happy kimono) will pull a rickshaw packaged with "WIMUSUSU PEDAL". Tickets for the ride, which include a special ticket holder and fan, will be available at the Tree Village.

Strider Experience Event
A safe, hands-on test-ride event (free of charge for participation and rental) for children with no Strider experience (2 to 5 years old). This event is a fun and safe way for children who have never ridden a Strider before to develop their curiosity, allowing even young children who are not good at exercising to exercise their bodies to the fullest. (Details of the event date and location will be announced soon on the official Tree Village website.
