The first 10 minutes of the second chapter "Launching Arc" of the anime "Space Battleship Yamato 2202: Warriors of Love" is now available on the web.

Space Battleship Yamato 2202: Warriors of Love" is a sequel to "Space Battleship Yamato 2199," a remake of the classic "Space Battleship Yamato" that became a hot topic. As the title suggests, the film is inspired by the 1978 animated film "Farewell Space Battleship Yamato: Warriors of Love." Three years after Yamato completes its voyage to Iskandar, the threat of the battle nation of Gatlantis, the Imperial Star, looms over a recovering Earth, and the Yamato crew faces a new voyage to confront it. The executive producer is Shoji Nishizaki, the director is Nobuyoshi Habara of "Blue Sky Fafner," the assistant director is Makoto Kobayashi of "Space Battleship Yamato: Resurrection," and the series composition and screenplay are by Harutoshi Fukui of "Mobile Suit Gundam UC. The second chapter, "Launching Arc," will be screened in 20 theaters nationwide for two weeks starting Saturday, June 24, 2017.

The first 10 minutes of the second chapter "Launching Arc" will be shown with a new opening film from 19:30 on June 17 (Sat) to July 14 (Fri), so don't miss it!　In addition, "Chapter 2: Launching Arc" will be presented as a gift for first-time visitors. The contents will differ from week to week, with the first week (Saturday, June 24) featuring "Keiman, Yamanami & Dreadnought" and the second week (Saturday, July 1) featuring "Moriyuki, Zhoder & Cosmo Tiger I".
