Five-member idol unit Luce Twinkle Wink☆'s live "Luce Twinkle Wink☆ 3rd Anniversary - Kira Kira LIVE wo Tsukuru Chie! 〜was held at Kichijoji SEATA on Sunday, May 21, 2017.

Luce Twinkle Wink☆ (hereafter referred to as Luce) is a five-member group whose catchphrase is "Shining moment (toki) toki meki! is the catchphrase of this 5-member idol unit. As the title of their live show is "3rd Anniversary," the girls were promoted from a research student unit three years ago on May 23, 2014, and in October 2015, they performed in the PlayStation Vita software "To LOVE-Ru! - Darkness True Princess" theme song "Koi Iro ♡ Thinking Circuit," which marked their major debut from NBCUniversal Entertainment. Then, in June 2016, "Did you think your netoge wife is not a girl?" The five members, Yukino Usami, Saki Fukazawa, Megumi Nishikiori, Saori Itayama, and Kaho Higaki, have continued to perform unflinchingly for the past three years.

At the entrance of the venue, a handwritten timeline of Luce's three years by the members welcomes the winkers (Luce's fans). The handmade greeting was a unique feature of Luce, who actively "Tsukuru Luce" off stage, such as self-produced performances, choreography, and lyrics written by the members.

On the eve of the live, the official Twitter account asked the audience to enter the venue early. Before the show began, a video commemorating the 3rd anniversary featuring the members was shown. The video was somewhat documentary-like, interwoven with the thoughts and worries of the five members who dream of becoming idols. It was also impressive that most of the winkers in the all-standing venue voluntarily crouched down so that the video could be viewed easily from the back.
