From the theater trilogy project of the popular manga "Cloudy Weather Laughing <Gaiden>," the first part "Cloudy Weather Laughing <Gaiden> ~Kessetsu, Minoru no Oath~" will be screened on Saturday, December 2, 2017, and a special video and main cast have been released.

Cloudy with a Chance of Mere Old Man" is a manga series by Karanoke, serialized in Monthly Comic Garden (MagGarden). This work is a prequel and postquel to "Cloudy with a Laugh," which was adapted into an anime from October to December 2014, and depicts the past and future of three brothers who serve as a bridge to a prison built on Lake Biwa.
The animation is produced by WIT STUDIO, which has released a series of high-quality works such as "Shigeki no Kyojin", "Kabaneri of the Iron Castle", and "Mahoutsukai no Yome", etc. It was announced that the film will be released in theaters in winter 2017.

It was also announced that the film will feature Yuichi Nakamura as Tenka, the eldest of the three brothers, as well as Hiroki Kaji, Tsubasa Dainaga, Kosuke Toriumi, and Takahiro Sakurai, all of whom are popular and talented voice actors.
