Information on the ED theme of the TV anime " Hitori Jimeme My Hero " currently airing has been released.




Hitori jime my hero" is a BL manga serialized in "gateau" (Ichijinsha) by Arii Memeko. The story depicts the "bond" between two "teachers x students" and "childhood friends": Kosuke Oshiba, a math teacher, and Kosuke Setagawa, a bad-ass Yankee; Kosuke Oshiba, Kosuke's younger brother, and Maya Shikura, a childhood friend of Kensuke's. The story is based on the "bond" of "teacher x student" and "childhood friend". The comic currently has six volumes on sale. In April this year, it was announced that the TV anime would begin airing in July. The animation is produced by Encourage Films.

The ED theme information for this work was released at the first broadcast on July 8 (Sat.). It was revealed to be "TRUE LOVE (lyrics and music by Fumiya Fujii)" sung by the four main cast members, Kosuke Oshiba (CV: Tomoaki Maeno), Masahiro Setagawa (CV: Toshiki Masuda), Maya Shikura (CV: Shinnosuke Tachibana) and Kensuke Oshiba (CV: Teijo Matsuoka). The song is arranged by TECHNOBOYS PULCRAFT GREEN-FUND, which has also written songs for "Osomatsu-san" and other TV series, and is more in line with the world of "Hitori jime my hero". I was surprised at first, but it is a famous song and one of my favorites, so I felt honored and very happy to be able to cover it.
Also, some younger people may not be familiar with this famous song, so I hope this will be an opportunity for them to get to know "TRUE LOVE".

Toshiki Masuda (playing Masahiro Setagawa)
I knew what kind of song it was because it is a famous song, but now that I have heard it again, I feel that "TRUE LOVE" is a famous song that has been listened to with many people's "feelings" on it.
When I heard that I would be covering this classic song, it was so unexpected that I thought, "No way! and I felt a lot of pressure.

Shinnosuke Tachibana (Maya Shikura)
It is a very good ballad song that everyone knows, and although I thought it would be difficult to sing, I was more happy that the four of us could sing a song that was popular when I was a student and that I had listened to myself.

Sadayuki Matsuoka (played by Kensuke Oshiba)
