Classic concert celebrating the 25th anniversary of "Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon" was a great success, and will be released on CD as early as December 6!

As part of the "Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon" 25th anniversary project, the classic concert "Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon 25th Anniversary Classic Concert" was held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space Concert Hall on August 2 and 3, and reached its finale with great success.

Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon" is a manga series by Naoko Takeuchi, serialized in "Nakayoshi" (Kodansha) from 1992 to 1997, which has been developed in various media such as TV animation and musicals, and is a popular work that has caused a social phenomenon in Japan and abroad. In January of this year, the 25th anniversary site was opened and various projects are underway. As part of this project, the "Sailor Moon 25th Anniversary Classic Concert" was decided to be held.

Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space was filled with fans. The Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra performed. In the first part, Usagi Tsukino (CV. Kotono Mitsuishi) led the audience into the world of the Sailor Moon Classic Concert to the familiar theme song from the 90's anime version, "Moonlight Legend. A magnificent orchestra played a succession of songs from the early days of the anime, including "The Warrior of Love," "Heart Moving," and "Princess Moon.

The ending theme song of "Sailor Moon R", "Otome no Policy", was performed by Yoyoko Ishida, who sang powerfully in front of the fantastic pipe organ. The ending theme song of "Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon SuperS" "Let's be like you" was also performed to the sound of an orchestra.

Mariko Terashita and SUGURU from the instrumental unit TSUKEMEN appeared on stage for the next corner. The world of the popular characters, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune, was presented with the graceful tones of the violin and the bold yet delicate piano. The first part of the concert ended with "eternal eternity," a song featuring a passionate dialogue between Uranus and Neptune.

The second part started with a call for Usagi Tsukino's transformation into Sailor Moon. Akiko Kosaka, creator of many famous songs, appeared on stage and passionately performed her own songs "Moon Revenge," "Tuxedo Mirage," and "La Souljah. In addition, the Three Lights Corner, a new musical corner, and the world of Sailor Moon will be presented in all its glory.

From "MOON PRIDE", the audience moved on to the "Sailor Moon Crystal" series' music corner. The mirror ball enveloped the audience during "Moon Rainbow," and the mysterious pipe organ led the audience into the world of the moon. The climax of the show was a magnificent orchestral arrangement of the latest song, "New Moon ni Koishite".

The applause continued to build even after the show ended, and for an encore, all the performers joined the audience on stage. Kotono Mitsuishi, who played the voice of Sailor Moon/Usagi Tsukino, also made a surprise appearance on stage, much to the delight of the audience. Sailor Star Song," the opening theme song of "Sailor Moon Sailor Stars," was led by Yoyoko Ishida's voice, and the entire audience sang along in chorus. The first ever classical concert came to a close with a whirlwind of emotion.

The concert will be released as a CD on December 7. Details will be announced on the official website, so please check it out if you are interested.
