Staff talk show for "Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt" attracting worldwide attention!　International version trailer also released!

A staff talk show for "Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt" was held in Shinjuku on Tuesday, August 15, where an international trailer for the theatrical movie "Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt BANDIT FLOWER," which will be released on Saturday, November 18, 2017, was shown.

Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt" is a manga serialized in "Big Comics Superior" (Shogakukan) by Yasuo Otagaki, known for "MOONLIGHT MILE" and other works. From December 2015 to April 2016, all four episodes of the first season's anime were distributed for a fee, and in June 2016, a director's cut version of "Mobile Suit Gundam: Thunderbolt DECEMBER SKY" was released with new cuts. The second season was distributed from March 24 to July 14, and the movie "Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt BANDIT FLOWER," a re-edited version of the second season, will be released on November 18.

The trailer released this time was first shown at the "Sunrise Festival 2017 Shoun" in Shinjuku during the screening of the English audio with Japanese subtitles of the previous "Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt DECEMBER SKY" and the staff talk show.

At the event, which was attended by fans from overseas, Naruyoshi Kikuchi, who is in charge of music for the film, Naohiro Ogata, producer of "Thunderbolts," and Akane Hagino, who is in charge of overseas promotions at Sunrise, took the stage to discuss the overseas reaction and the appeal of Thunderbolts that is not limited to Japan. In addition, video messages from the English voice actors of the Thunderbolts from the U.S. arrived and they talked about the familiar local reactions and the differences in the recordings.
