Welcome to the Classroom of Ability Supremacy" is a light novel written by Akio Kinugasa, creator of the hit games "Dawn Guard" and "Reminiscence," and popular illustrator Shunsaku Tomose. Set in a prestigious school that is one of the best in the country and places 100% of its students in the schools of their choice for higher education and employment, the story centers on the main character, Kiyotaka Ayakoji, who for some reason cuts corners in the entrance examination and is assigned to class D, the bottom class, where defective students are yelled at and told to gather.　This school drama depicts the theme of "true ability" and "true equality" centering on the main character Ayakoji Kiyotaka.
