Hotel to be built near Suehirocho Station at the site of the Nichinao Building, formerly occupied by Lucky Shokai, a 100 yen store.

A hotel will be constructed along Chuo Dori near Suehirocho Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line.

The location is along Chuo Dori. Between Suehirocho Station and Ueno-Hirokoji Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, on the former site of the Nichinao Building, which housed the 100-yen store Lucky Shokai, which closed in July 2016. Became "Ito Kuroyaki Shop" which specializes in black pottery.

According to the "Notice of Construction Plan" installed, the name of the building is "New Construction of Nichinao Hotel (tentative name).The hotel is 13 stories above ground. The site area is 186.29 square meters. The building area is 126.30 square meters. The total area is 1,357.61 square meters. The height is 42.00 m. The scheduled start date of construction is October 11, 2017, and the scheduled completion date is January 31, 2019.
