New swordsmith "Kotegirigo" appears in a limited time event! New TV commercial also [w/video].

The sword cultivation simulation game "Touken Ranbu-ONLINE-" and "Touken Ranbu-ONLINE-Pocket", which is also airing the popular summer anime "Katsugeki Touken Ranbu", announced that new sword fighters will appear in limited time events.



The popular sword training simulation game "Touken Ranbu-ONLINE-" started service in January 2015 and quickly surpassed 1.5 million registered users. The work, which is currently being developed into a media mix including stage performances and musicals, has been announced to be adapted into a W anime by Video Studio-produced "Toukendanbu-Hanamaru-" (broadcast from October 2016) and ufotable production, and the current TV anime "Katsugeki Toukendanbu" is currently airing 20.

Limited Time Event "Treasure Village: Collecting Musical Instruments
The "Hihou no Sato - Gakki wo Mukume no Dan" is an event in which participants collect "Gyoku" scattered throughout the sato (village) to obtain various rewards.
By collecting "Gyoku", you can obtain useful items in the game, such as sword armors and resources.
The reward for collecting 100,000 "balls" will be a new swordsmith "Kagotekirie".

In addition, "Kinsami-Kyoku (kinsami-kyoku)," the BGM for each swordsmith, which can be obtained by exchanging "instruments" obtained in the event, has been newly added : "Kinsami-Eyuki Saamonji, Kinsami-Yamabushi Kunihiro, Kinsami-Hagegiri, Kinsami-Knee Maru, Kinsami-Shishio, and Kinsami-Tsurumaru Kuninaga.

This is a Wakizashi made by Goh Yoshihiro, a swordsmith from Koshi China. He went back and forth between the Inaba and Hosokawa families. He has the temperament of an assistant, and acts without tact toward his master. He is good at dressing up and decorates everything around him.
