The second PV looking back on the first season from the point of view of the characters of the autumn anime "Dried-up Sister! Umaru-chan R", the second PV that looks back on the first season from the characters' point of view, has been released on the official website and TOHOanimation channel.

The second PV of "Himouto! Umaru-chan" is a manga serialized in "Weekly Young Jump" (Shueisha) by Sankaku Head. It is an everyday comedy centering on "dried-up sister" Umaru Tsuchima, who is a talented and impeccable high school girl outside the home but spends her time idly playing games and reading manga at home, and her caring older brother Taihei. The second season of "Dried-up Little Sister! Umaru-chan" was announced to start in the fall of 2017. The staff consists of director Masahiko Ota, series composition by Takashi Asashi, character design by Aya Takano, and production will be handled by Animation Studio.

-How did you feel when the second season was decided?

It was a surprise on Nico Live when I found out that we were going to do a second season, so I cried out of joy before I could even think about it (laughs). For me, "Umaru-chan" was my first anime work! Umaru-chan" was my first anime work, and I have a strong emotional attachment to it, so I am very, very happy to be able to play the role of Ebina-chan again.

-What do you feel is the charm of the character of "Nana Ebina" through the first season?

Ebina-chan is a little shy, calm and healing girl.
However, she may seem fluffy, but she actually has a caring side to her and is very observant of her surroundings.I think it's this kind of enveloping gentleness that she shows at the drop of a hat that appeals to me.

-Do you have anything in common or similarities with your character?

I think she is a gourmand. I am not the type of person who eats a lot like Ebina, but I love to eat! When I'm eating something delicious, it shows on my face in an obvious way.

What is your "dried-up sister index"? Please tell us why.

It is 100%. On my days off, I basically sleep until noon, and I don't mind staying home all the time.
I am happy to read manga or play games with a kotatsu in winter and in an air-conditioned room in summer (laugh).

-Please tell us about your enthusiasm for the second season!

Thank you to my brothers and sisters who believed in the second season and waited for it. And I'm home!
I will be playing Ebina-chan for the first time in two years, so I will try tobring out a lot ofher charms, more powerful than back then!Hmmm, nmmm~ (*∩´﹏`∩*)
