Akiba Shoten, an oil noodle shop alongside Radio Kaikan, will close on Sunday, August 27.

The location is near JR Akihabara Station. It is located near JR Akihabara Station, alongside Akihabara Radio Kaikan and across from the main AKIHABARA Gamers store.




Akiba Shoten opened in March 2015 . The restaurant serves oil soba and ramen noodles topped with special pork belly that has been marinated in a special sauce (kaeshi) for seven hours and stewed slowly over time.

According to a POP posted in the storefront, "Due to various circumstances, we have decided to close our restaurant on August 27, after having enjoyed your patronage since its opening. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you who have patronized us over the years.

The store will close this weekend, Sunday, August 27.
