The title track "Saturday Night Question" was written by Fuji Fabric member Shinichi Kato, with lyrics by Soichiro Yamauchi, and the members fully participated in the recording, making it a true Fuji Fabric collaboration. The song starts with an impactful intro and has a somewhat sad atmosphere in which the main character can find hope, which fits the worldview of "Neto Matsumoto no Susume" perfectly.

The music video (MV) released this time features mainly night scenes, which is unusual for Ai Nakajima's music video works so far. The music video (MV) features a woman with a somewhat melancholy expression indoors, but gradually evolves into a dignified walk in the outside world.
