The magic that rules silence and the rebirth of the kingdom! Report on the second half of the first day of Anisama 2017

The world's largest anime song festival "Animelo Summer Live (Animelo Summer Live: also known as "Anisama") 2017 -THE CARD-" was held at Saitama Super Arena from August 25 to 27, 2017. This time, we will report on the second half of the first day of the event, focusing on the points of interest.

⇒The first half of the first daycan be foundin this article.

In recent years, the fusion of bands and two-dimensional content has been flourishing. BanG Dream!" recently reached the Nippon Budokan, and "Masked Noise," whose band sound and musicality brought out new possibilities in the singing voices of the voice cast, to name just a few.
If we look for the origin of the "voice actors themselves performing as a band" style, we find that after the year 2000, the 2009 anime "K-ON! in 2009. However, it was the dance in the 2006 "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" ED "Hare Hare Yukai" and the live performance of the insert song "God knows..." that elevated Kyoto Animation's reputation for its depiction of delicate instrumental performances and movements in sync with the music. The Haruhi Suzumiya Melancholy" in 2006.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" to "K-ON! It was very interesting that the top performer of the second half of the first day of Anisama, which started with a surprise live performance by SOS-dan, was the latest 2.5D girl band content "BanG Dream!

It should be noted that the band that took the stage at Anisama was Roselia, a band from the smartphone game "Girls Band Party. The story of "Poppin'Party", which has been depicted mainly in anime and various other contents, took several years to come to fruition on the Nippon Budokan stage, while Roselia was Poppipa's live guest, performed solo at the duo MUSIC EXCHANGE, and performed at the overwhelmingly large attendance of the same show at the The band also performed an additional show at the Ariake Colosseum in response to the overwhelming attendance at the same show, paving the way for the overwhelming support of their fans. The overwhelming sense of anticipation that flooded the venue the moment the purple rose imprint was marked on the screen made one realize that Roselia's performance was the result of the fans' fervent support.
Yurika Endo and Haruka Kudo played bass and guitar as if they were leaning in close to Aina Aiba, whose vocals seemed to penetrate to the very back of the Saitama Super Arena, while Megu Sakuragawa and Satomi Akezaka played from the back as if they were truly enjoying the sounds and lights of the Saitama Super Arena. The gap between the solid worldview created by their music and performance and the friendliness and personality of the five members oozing from their MC may be the appeal of these girls.

Poppipa's performance at the Nippon Budokan and Roselia's appearance at Anisama, held only four days apart, were two sides of the same card. As the members of Roselia watched POPIPA's Budokan performance from the audience seats and were highly motivated and enthusiastic, the sight of Roselia turning Saitama Super Arena purple today will surely be a great inspiration and food for POPIPA.

The opening song on the first day, "Hare Hare Yukai," was also the talk of the town with its music video-like ending video of the characters dancing to the song, and the real-life SOS group's dance was recreated from the video as much as possible. The first group to create a music video that was close to live-action or incorporated live-action movements, and then synchronize the dances in the music video with the movements of the real-life voice cast to create a stage that transcended dimensional boundaries was the first "Love Live! was the first generation of the μ's. Looking back on this, the history of anime songs has become a major event.
Looking back on this, in the larger flow of the history of anime songs, "Love Live! Sunshine! is also one of the newest and best forms of "Haruhi Suzumiya" in my opinion.

What is wonderful, however, is the intensity of Aqours as entertainment. The screen displayed "Aqours Super Live," but it was truly the world of Aqours.
The "Love Live! is more moving when the story is shared, but even someone unfamiliar with the girls could be captivated by the cuteness and sparkle of Aqours' performance, which had been polished over the course of the tour, and could see the power of the characters beyond each of them. GRANRODEO, who performed the last show of the first day of Anisama, also praised Aqours' performance with laughter.

The beauty of the Anisama space, including the audience, was felt on Saori Hayami's stage; as I felt on Roselia's stage, during the songs "BLACK SHOUT" and "LOUDER," there is a momentary blank pause to make the climax of the performance more dramatic. The audience knows firsthand that by sharing and protecting that vacuum of time with the 20,000 or so people in attendance, a more intense experience awaits them afterward. Although it is easy to focus on the sea of lights that are dyed in one color, this is also where I feel the magnificence of the audience at Anisama.

Let's return to Ms. Hayami's performance. The acoustic version of "Installation" is a deep, penetrating expression. The silence that falls between those vocals is ...... long! After the audience gasped for breath at the tension-filled blanks that even Hayami's exhale of "Fuu ......" echoed, the singer sang a masterful rendition. The phrase "You are the gravitational pull of the universe" was used in the performance, and it was as if the audience was being pulled into the universe of the artist Saori Hayami. It was a moment when the Saitama Super Arena itself was swallowed up by Ms. Hayami. Her warm Taisho-romantic voice in the song "Yume no hate to the end of the dream," composed by Mariya Takeuchi, showed us the variety of Ms. Hayami's talent.

In my report on the first half of the concert, I noted that one of Ms. Chihara's origins was "Snow, silence, at the window. I mentioned in my report on the first half of the show that one of Ms. Chihara's original songs was "Snow, Silence, At the Window. The closing song, "Paradise Lost," was one of the songs that most directly conveyed Ms. Chihara's charm. Her powerful performance while riding around the venue in a gondola and communicating with the entire audience was an expression of the current "Minori Chihara".
She also talked about the background of the reunion of SOS-dan and her thoughts on the matter. Her sincere words, which were delivered in the limited time she had to express them, reaffirmed that not only her performance but also Minori Chihara as a human being has become more profound and attractive.

The last half of the show was a furious flow from FLOW to GRANRODEO, who performed at Anisama for the first time in 2013, and the absolute excitement of "GO! it is clear that FLOW has become an indispensable part of the Anisama summer.
On stage, FLOW announced that they would hold an anime song-only live concert "FLOW THE CARNIVAL 2017 ~Anime Binding~" at Nihon Seinenkan on December 21, and also announced that they would perform at Machi★Asobi in Tokushima on October 8. FLOW will also be the leader of anime songs in the second half of this year.

FLOW and GRANRODEO collaborated on the opening song in 2014, and the most famous song of this combination is "7 -seven-," the ED of the TV anime "The Seven Deadly Sins," which they performed as a collaborative unit. GRANRODEO took the baton for the last time with this unique song, and the two, who have known Anisama from the very beginning and can be said to symbolize Anisama, showed the latest GRANRODEO of 2017 with "Glorious days" and "move on! Ibaramichi," which was a perfect way to close the first day of Anisama, which continues to progress. It was a fitting way to wrap up the last part of the first day of Anisama.

However, I dare to write about the return of Yukari Tamura, the princess of "Yukari Kingdom," to close this article. This was Ms. Tamura's long-awaited appearance at Anisama after a three-year absence since 2014. The excitement was overwhelming when she performed "Balalaika," a collaboration with OxT, in the first half of the show, but when she appeared on stage in the second half as a solo performer, the audience exploded with joy. Yukari Tamura" in her yellow dress truly becomes the cutest thing in the world when she receives the love, joy, and enthusiasm of the full house of fans. It is an original magic that only she possesses.
Speaking of Anisama and Princess Yukari, the presence of her ally, motsu, is also indispensable. Motsu-san, Hime, and "Omai" appeared "through the secret door" and sang "You & Me" in unison.

Anime songs are a genre of music that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways depending on age, generation, gender, and genre of music. However, when Tamura-san takes the stage, the audience is drenched in pink, everyone's voices are hushed, and the rhythm of PPPH takes over.
It is a timeless fever. The pink blood runs through the bodies of ani-song fans.
