Impress R&D has published the third official book of the radio program "Uesaka Sumire no Bunka-Bu no Yoru Aruku," also known as "Japan's most intellectual aniradio," featuring voice actress Uesaka Sumire and her assistant Kana Hayase.

Uesaka Sumire no Bunka Bubu wa Yoru Odoru" is "Japan's most intellectual aniradio," featuring voice actress Uesaka Sumire as a personality and Kana Hayase as an assistant personality. It is broadcast every Thursday from 0:30 on Radio Osaka, and is also available on Nico Nico Douga's "Uesaka Sumire's Culture Club Walks at Night" channel. This radio program welcomes guests from various genres every week for deep talks as the event itself.

The book released this time is a book version of the Osaka event held in March 2017 under the theme of "Lolita" and "Russia. The book includes a full-color recording of the Lolita fashion show by Uesaka Sumire that took place at the event, as well as a full-length talk session with international journalist Saito Tsutomu, who once scooped the collapse of the Soviet Union, as a guest. The talk is also included in its entirety, with notes added as needed for terms that are difficult to understand from the audio alone. In addition, photos from the event and illustrations submitted to the program are included, and a special interview with Uesaka Sumire is included as a special appendix.
