Ahead of the fall anime "Konohana Kitan" airing on October 4, 2017 (Wednesday), a promotional video has been released. In addition, a special program in which the main cast members try their hand at being a waitress at a traditional Japanese inn will also be distributed.



Konohana Kitan" is a mysterious and moving tale about six foxy matchmakers working at a hot spring inn between this world and the next, Konohana Tei, which is serialized by Sakiya Amano in "Monthly Birds" (Gentosha Comics). In this special program, the cast will challenge themselves to provide the best "hospitality" in order to learn about the work of the waitresses working at "Konohana-tei," which also appears in the film, and above all, to create memories for their guests. In addition to a studio talk by the six main cast members to introduce the anime, Yuzuko Ono, Sawako Hata, and Risa Kubota experience the work of a matchmaker at Kawamura, a long-established hot spring inn in Ome, Tokyo. They will tour the facilities and learn the ins and outs of what it takes to be a nakai (waitress). The program is scheduled to be broadcast eight times.
