Rie Kugimiya, Akio Otsuka, Tsubasa Shioya, and Toru Okawa will be added to the cast of the theatrical anime "RWBY VOLUME 4 <Japanese dubbed version>!

Rie Kugimiya, Toru Okawa, Akio Otsuka, and Tsubasa Shioya have been selected as additional cast members for "RWBY VOLUME 4 (Japanese dubbed version)," which will be screened at Shinjuku Piccadilly and six other theaters in five cities nationwide for two weeks starting October 7, 2017 (Friday).

RWBY" is a web animation produced by Rooster Teeth Production in the U.S., and has gained popularity beyond national borders with its character modeling that does not feel the stiffness of 3DCG, powerful action, and heart-warming scenario. This action film depicts a girl who attends a training school for "hunters" to fight against "grimms" who threaten the human race, and how she grows up together with her friends. In Japan, a dubbed version with a star-studded cast was released and event screenings were held, creating a big buzz. In addition, "RWBY Volume 1-3: The Beginning", which is a special edited version of the Japanese dubbed version of Volume 1-3, is currently being broadcast.

For the "RWBY VOLUME 4 <Japanese dubbed version>" to be released this time, the 3DCG production software used until the previous series has been completely renewed. It is a higher quality work than the previous series.
