FASTENING DAYS 3," an animated short film produced by Studio Colorido and directed by Tomotaka Shibayama, is now available for viewing!　Three members of Perfume try their hand at voice acting for the first time!

YKK Corporation, a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of fasteners, will release the short animation "FASTENING DAYS 3" for three consecutive weeks as part of its activities to promote its corporate brand and products.

FASTENING DAYS" is a short animation series that has been viewed a total of 13 million times in Japan and abroad. The series has been developed on a global scale, with audio in Japanese and English, and subtitles in Spanish, Chinese (simplified), French, Thai, and Vietnamese. The film features actual products manufactured by YKK and is based on the concept of "the importance of 'Tsunagu' (connection)," the branding message of YKK, the world's top brand of fasteners.

FASTENING DAYS 3" is the third and final installment of the series, following "FASTENING DAYS" (released in 2014) and "FASTENING DAYS 2" (released in 2016). It consists of three episodes, with episode 2 to be released on Wednesday, September 13 and episode 3 on Wednesday, September 20 (episode 1 has already been released).

Studio Colorado, the production company behind the film "Typhoon Norda" and commercials for "Mitsui Fudosan," "McDonald's Japan," and "Puzzle & Dragons," among others, is also involved in the production of the film. The director is Tomotaka Shibayama, who directed the TV animation "Space Brothers" and the movie "St. The theme song will be "Sweet Refrain" (released in 2013) by Perfume, a globally active music group. Another highlight of the Japanese version of "3" is that three members of Perfume make voice appearances.

Other voice actors for the Japanese version include Fuyuka Ono, Ryoko Shiraishi, and Akemi Kanda.

Synopsis
The main characters, Yohji and Kay, along with Kelly, who joined their friends in the previous episode, wear the Fastening Machine and continue to save people in need in the city today. Then one day, an airship accident occurs over the city!　Can the three of them save the city from this crisis?　And what do the heroes find in the end!

The "FASTENING DAYS" series has finally reached its conclusion!　This time we were allowed to do the postrecording, and I played the role of a rescue team member. 3 of us recorded one by one in the same booth, and although it went well in practice, I got nervous when it came to the actual performance. It was hard to keep up with the movements of the animation, and I was in a cold sweat, but we managed to get it right. I also played the same role in the English audio version for overseas audiences, so I would like you to see the English version as well!　The story is a truly heartwarming tale of the courage of the main characters.
The first and second installments of the FASTENING DAYS series are also very dramatic and heartbreaking stories, so if you haven't seen them yet, please be sure to watch them as well.

Have you all seen "FASTENING DAYS 3"?　Actually, I play the voice of a cake store clerk in episode 1. Did you all notice that?　It was the first time for me to try my hand at postrecording, and it was more difficult than I had imagined because I didn't know what kind of timing to use for my voice. I was also surprised at the volume of the other voice actors' voices!　I thought, "I have to do my best!　I was worried that I might have been a little too enthusiastic.　I was worried that I might have gone a little overboard. But when I saw the finished animation, I was relieved to see that it didn't seem like I was too enthusiastic. I hope you will check out "FASTENING DAYS 3," which has finally come to its conclusion.

I hope you are enjoying "FASTENING DAYS 3.　In episode 2, I got to play the role of a postman. My first experience with dubbing was difficult, and it was weird because the voice I thought I sounded like and the voice I actually sounded like were totally different. (Laughs) But I myself love animated films and often watch them, so it was like a very luxurious work experience for me and I really enjoyed it. The highlight of "FASTENING DAYS 3" is the action scenes!　The scenes in which our voices appear are also noteworthy!　We hope you enjoy it!
