New "Curry House CoCo Ichibanya" to open on September 25 at the former site of "Menya Kokoichi Akihabara" which closed in August *Addition on 9/21: Coco Ichiba's first Halal-compliant restaurant

Curry House CoCo Ichibanya Harar Akihabara Store, a new branch of Curry House CoCo Ichibanya, will open on Monday, September 25, 2017.

The location is along Showa-dori Avenue, on the way from Akihabara Station on the JR and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Lines toward Okachimachi Station, on the former site of "Menya Kokoichi Akihabara," which closed on August 29, 2017 (Tuesday).

The restaurant was closed on Tuesday, August 29, 2017, and is now closed. A photo has been added.




Curry House CoCo Ichibanya is a chain of curry specialty restaurants characterized by the ability to adjust the spiciness of the roux and the amount of rice to suit your tastes, and to choose from a wide variety of toppings.

The "Curry House CoCo Ichibanya" sign is mainly yellow (with some exceptions, such as the "Hiroo Ekimae Branch," which has a black sign with silver letters and blue lights), but the new "Curry House CoCo Ichibanya Halal Akihabara Branch" will have a green sign with white letters and the Halal mark The menu also includes dishes that do not use pork or alcohol. The menu will include dishes that follow the teachings of Islam, such as beef shabu curry, chicken katsu curry, and seafood curry, all of which do not contain pork or alcohol.


Curry House CoCo Ichibanya Halal Akihabara will open on Monday, September 25. The restaurant is currently recruiting staff and part-timers.
