10th anniversary of the anime adaptation! The "Okiku Furikabutte COMPLETE BD BOX" will be released on January 24, 2018! Includes the first and second seasons plus unaired episodes!

The first season of "Okiku Furikabutte," which is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its anime adaptation, will be released on January 24, 2018 as a complete "COMPLETE Blu-ray Disc BOX" containing all 38 episodes of the series in one box, including the HD remastered version of the first season and the second season. A DJ CD featuring newly recorded performances by Tsubasa Dainaga, Yuichi Nakamura, and other members of the cast will be included as a bonus.

Okiku Furikabutte" is a high school baseball anime based on the comic written by Asa Higuchi, which has been serialized in "Monthly Afternoon" (Kodansha) since November 2003. (1st season) A total of 25 episodes were broadcast from April 2007 (some special episodes have not yet been broadcast). The sequel, "Okiku Furikabutte: Summer Tournament Arc," began in April 2010 with 13 episodes (with 12.5 unaired episodes).

The "Okiku Furikabutte COMPLETE Blu-ray Disc BOX" will be released on January 24, 2018 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the anime adaptation of "Okiku Furikabutte.

In addition to the 38 episodes from the first season (25 episodes) and 13 episodes from the second season, the box will also include unaired episodes "The Basics" and "Goal!
In addition, the jacket and booklet will be newly drawn by Takahiko Yoshida, the character designer, and will include a DJ CD featuring the main cast, including Tsubasa Daiyanaga (Ren Mitsuhashi) and Yuichi Nakamura (Takaya Abe), as well as an original soundtrack and many other special features. A stage adaptation of the play, written and directed by Yutaka Narui of the Caramel Box theater company, is also in the works. It will be performed at the Sunshine Theater in Tokyo in February 2018.
