Welcome to the Classroom of Ability Supremacy" is a light novel written by Akio Kinugasa, creator of the hit games "Dawn Guard" and "Reminiscence," and popular illustrator Shunsaku Tomose. Set in a prestigious school that is one of the best in the country and places almost 100% of its students in their desired schools of higher education and employment, the story centers on the main character, Kiyotaka Ayakoji, who for some reason cuts corners in the entrance examination and is assigned to the bottom class D, which is regarded as a place where defective students gather and are ridiculed.　This school drama depicts the theme of "true ability" and "true equality" centering on the main character Ayakoji Kiyotaka.

Ayakoji notices this and points it out, but Horikita hides her poor health to get through the race because she will be penalized -30 points if she retires. Meanwhile, in class D, a girl's underwear is stolen, and the boys and girls are at odds. The class falls apart again. Furthermore, on the sixth day of the exam, someone steals the leader's key card, taking advantage of Horikita's physical condition. Soon after, there is even an arson riot in the base camp.
