Space Battleship Yamato 2202: Warriors of Love" is a sequel to "Space Battleship Yamato 2199," a remake of the classic "Space Battleship Yamato" that became a hot topic. As the title suggests, the film is inspired by the 1978 animated film "Farewell Space Battleship Yamato: Warriors of Love." Three years after Yamato completes its voyage to Iskandar, the film depicts the threat of the battle nation of Gatlantis, the Imperial Star, and the new voyage of Yamato's crew to confront it as the Earth undergoes reconstruction.
