Code: Realize: Princess of Creation" is a TV anime based on the romance adventure game for women released by Otomate in November 2014. Cardia is a girl with a deadly poison in her body and is called a monster. One night, Cardia is led to the "Steel City of London" by Arsene Lupin, a gentleman thief she met one night. In London, Cardia encounters various people, and a series of mysteries and stories await her.

Cardia, a girl with a deadly poison in her body, is feared by the people as a monster and lives alone in her house.
One night, when she is about to be captured by the British army, she is "stolen" by Arsene Lupin, who calls himself a "gentleman thief. He takes her to the steel city of London.
She meets Impy, Fran, and others who are working with Lupin.
She is told the reason why she was taken away, but it is related to a big conspiracy involving London.
