TV Anime "Shogun's Altair" Announces 11 Additional Cast Members Including Noto, Shimono, Hirakawa, and Ito! Video clips by Murase, KENN, and Shimono are also available.

The TV anime "Shogun's Altair" announced 11 new cast members for the second season, including Mamiko Noto, Hiro Shimono, Daisuke Hirakawa, and Shizuka Ito!　Comments from the new cast members have also arrived.

Altair of the Shogunate" is a manga series by Kotono Katou in "Monthly Shonen Sirius" (Kodansha). Set in Torkiye Shogunate, a country of grasslands and deserts ruled by a ruler called Shogun (Pasha), the popular work depicts Mahmut, the youngest Shogun in Torkiye history, as he takes on interstate intrigue and plotting with a delicate touch. The anime is directed by Kazuhiro Furuhashi, series composition by Noboru Takagi, character design by Toshiyuki Kanno, and animation production by MAPPA.

The second season of the anime will start on October 13 (Fri.) with the 14th episode, which will be the fastest broadcast, and a new visual symbolizing the second half of the anime has been released.
The main character, Mahmut, as well as other characters who have been active in the series since the first episode are depicted, and the character Carbajal, who will make his first appearance in the second episode, is also shown.

Eleven members of the cast for the characters appearing in the second season were also announced at once.
The cast includes Mamiko Noto as Caterina, Hiro Shimono as Erbach, Daisuke Hirakawa as Carbajal, Shizuka Ito as Cassandra, Rikiya Koyama as Pinault, and Mariya Ise as Kokoshka.
Comments from Mr. Noto, Mr. Shimono, Mr. Hirakawa, and Mr. Ito have also been received.

Mamiko Noto as Caterina

General of the Baltic Imperial Army. He has both the ability to dominate the battlefield and the integrity to discipline his subordinates. In the past, he has invaded other countries by military force, but after the defeat of Tolkieh 12 years ago, he now has a negative attitude toward territorial expansion through invasion.

Kokoschka: Mariya Ise

He is the secretary to the Prime Minister of the Baltic Empire and military commander. He learned the idea of territorial expansion and the ability to read maps from his beloved Louis.
