MFJ Land! Yusuke Kobayashi, Riyo Takahashi and Sadayoshi Matsuoka took the stage. Petergius raged "Re:Zero" event report.

KADOKAWA's light novel label MF Bunko J, which celebrates its 15th anniversary this year, held its event "Summer School Festival 2017: Let's Go Together, MFJ Land! was held at Bellesalle Akihabara in Tokyo on Sunday, September 10, 2017. This time we will report on the "Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu Special Time" stage that took place during the event.

The TV anime "Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu" aired in the spring of 2016, and was originally published by Tatsuhei Nagatsuki on the novel submission site "Shosetsu-ka Naro! and published as a book by MF Bunko J. It has been about a year since the series aired. It has been about a year since the show finished airing, but its popularity has not waned, and there are still many requests for an anime sequel.

The audience cheered loudly when Yusuke Kobayashi, who plays the main character Subaru, Riyo Takahashi, who plays the main heroine Emilia, and Sadayoshi Matsuoka, who plays Petergius, who has gained great popularity since his appearance in the anime despite being an enemy character, appeared on stage that day.

During the opening talk, Takahashi-san revealed that the voice actors continue to get together after the show and hold dinner parties quite often, showing that their close friendship is still alive and well. When the topic of where they wanted to go next came up, Matsuoka-san requested to go to Fujikyu Highland for its scream attractions. When Ms. Kobayashi suggested that Mr. Matsuoka lead the way in the haunted house, he responded that he would proceed while emitting the strange voice of Petergius the Madman, which drew laughter. Incidentally, not only here, but throughout the stage, Mr. Matsuoka made Petergius' unique strange voice and habit of saying, "You are ...... lazy, aren't you? and "Diligent ...... desu! Love, love, love! The audience was excited to hear the conveniently overused phrases such as "You're lazy, aren't you? There was even a scene where Kobayashi and Takahashi called him a "cheater .......

Then came the "Defeat the invisible hand of Petergius! corner. Each time a balloon was broken with a dart, a lottery ticket with a theme was drawn. The raffle was supposed to contain a punishment and a reward, but all three players were punished several times due to bad luck of the raffle. Ms. Kobayashi was forced to imitate her co-star Rie Murakawa, shake her buttocks and strike a blithe pose, and Ms. Takahashi was forced to talk about her failures and confess what she liked best about herself, among other embarrassing experiences. It was really funny to see Kobayashi's mischievousness and Takahashi's blushing as she answered, "The part I like best about myself is my voice. Finally, Mr. Matsuoka finally won the prize lottery (......), but he had to get compliments from the other two. The audience was very excited.

In the "Re:Zero kara kara Hajimari Gakuensai Seikatsu" corner, the three cast members performed a reading play that depicted an "if" story based on the motif of a school festival. The short stories were based on themes that could be found at a school festival, such as "haunted house," "maid cafe," and "Cinderella's play." Petergius was featured in all of the stories, as the scarecrow in the haunted house, "Peteko" as a maid, and "Peterederera" as Cinderella, and Matsuoka herself commented, "Petergius is cheating. Petergius, that's so unfair. ......," he said with a wry smile. Whenever Petergius made an appearance, Mr. Kobayashi would give him a hard scolding, which one can only assume was his true intention, making for a reading that kept the audience laughing from beginning to end. When it was revealed at the end that the entire script was written by Tatsuhei Nagatsuki, the author of the original novel, the audience applauded loudly.

As the stage was drawing to a close, the audience was treated to an announcement corner. In the announcement movie that was suddenly shown, the decision to produce a new anime episode was announced! The excitement of the audience was at its highest as the long-awaited new episode was announced. The stage was a great success, and the three closed the show with Subaru's favorite phrase, "Victory! Subaru's favorite phrase, "Victory!

The OVA announcement movie is currently being shown on the "KADOKAWAanime" channel on YouTube!
