The release date of the ED theme "Shimmering Hamabe" sung by Yuiko Ohara from theTV anime"The Land of Jewels" currently airinghas been set for December 6, 2017 (Wednesday).

The "Land of Jewelry" is a popular comic series by Haruko Ichikawa, serialized in "Afternoon" (Kodansha). In the distant future, in a world where creatures that once existed have become "jewels" with immortal bodies, this action fantasy depicts a fierce battle between the "moon people," a mysterious enemy that comes from the moon, and the jewels.

The ED theme of "The Land of Jewels" will be "Shimmering Beach" sung by Yuko Ohara, a singer-songwriter in the ani-song world!　The music was produced by Keiichi Suzuki of Moonriders, who has produced music for the game "MOTHER" and the movie "Outrage" series, and is a beautiful song that accompanies the world of the work.

＜YUIKO OHARA Profile
Born on February 5 in Chiba Prefecture, Ohara began playing the electone at the age of 3, violin in the 5th grade, and guitar in junior high school, where she taught herself to play guitar. In high school, he attended his first audition, where he was attracted by the appeal of original music, and began his journey to become a singer-songwriter. After entering a music academy, she studied songwriting and honed her skills on guitar and piano, and performed her first live performance near her graduation from the academy.
Since then, his musical activities have become more active through encounters at live performances.
Fall, 2014. In the fall of 2014, she was recommended to audition for the theme song artist for the movie version of "Little Witch Academia" by three people at the same time, including a musician, a friend, and a teacher from her vocational school days. I thought, "I have to take this audition," and applied. She successfully won the position of theme song artist.
She sang the ending theme song "Shimmering Beach" for the TV anime "The Land of Jewels," which has been airing since October 2017.
