Daisuke Namikawa, Shotaro Morikubo and other popular male voice actors will deliver "Sekaikei Variety: Bokkaikei", a variety show about saving the world with laughter!

The popular voice actors Daisuke Namikawa, Toshiki Masuda, Shotaro Morikubo, and others will be appearing in the original program "Sekaikei Variety: Bokkai-kei Bokkai" on the video distribution service "GYAO!

GYAO!, a video distribution service, has announced the launch of "Sekaikei Variety: Bokkaikei", an original program focusing on voice actors who are expanding their activities into various fields such as live concerts, plays, and recitation plays, in addition to their voice appearances in video and audio works.

Sekaikei" is a genre of anime and manga in which the main character is conflicted and tries to save the world by his own power. In this unique variety program, Daisuke Namikawa, Toshiki Masuda, Shotaro Morikubo, and other popular voice actors will take on the challenges of various visual expressions and laughter. In addition to projects that make use of their voices, they also challenge themselves with drama, comedy, singing, and other projects that transcend the boundaries of voice acting. With the sci-fi theme of "saving the world" using the voice, the greatest weapon of a voice actor, the show will create laughter through various visual expressions including drama, comedy, and singing!

The program is directed by Takashi Sumida, an up-and-coming creator who has produced many high-profile works and dramas such as "Sumi-Sumu," "Fictitious Office Lady Diary," and the "Sengoku Nabe TV" series. Through this program, he will bring new charms and possibilities of voice actors to the viewers.

The first three episodes of "Sekaikei Variety: Bokusei" will be available free of charge on the video distribution service "GYAO!" from December 22 (Fri.), and the second two episodes will be available free of charge on the WOWOWOW special site from January 5 (Fri.), 2018.

In conjunction with the decision to produce this program, a premium talk event with Toshiki Masuda, who appears in the program, and director Takashi Sumida will be held on the special stage at Roppongi Hills Arena in the "30th Tokyo International Film Festival" on October 28 (Sat).
