SOUTEN-NO-KEN REGENESIS," which begins serialization today, will be adapted into an anime in April 2018!

It has been announced that the manga "SOUTEN-NO-KEN REGENESIS," which began serialization in the December issue of "Monthly Comic Zenon" on sale today, October 25 (Wed.), will be adapted into an anime and broadcast from April 2018.




SOUTEN-NO-KEN" is a popular manga by Tetsuo Hara that was serialized in Weekly Comic Bunch (Shinchosha) from 2001 to 2010. It depicts the past of "Fist of the North Star" and depicts the life of the 62nd Hokuto Shinken lore master, Kasumi Kenshiro, set in Shanghai in the 1930s. It was adapted into an anime from October 2006 to March 2007.

In September 2017, it was announced that its second part, "SOUTEN-NO-KEN REGENESIS," will begin serialization in the December issue of Gekkan Comic Zenon (Core Mix), on sale today, Wednesday, October 25. The preview of the serialization states, "Tetsuo Hara draws the main character's death for the first time! and it attracted a great deal of attention. The work will be written by Tetsuo Hara, supervised by Takeru Takemono, written by Hiroyuki Yatsu, and illustrated by Hideki Tsuji.

An anime adaptation of "SOUTEN-NO-KEN REGENESIS" was decided at the same time as the serialization started! It will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and other stations from April 2018. Other broadcasting stations and broadcast times will be announced as they become available, so stay tuned for more information.
