JUNNA releases her first anime theme song as a solo artist. Once again, her powerful vocals burst forth!

JUNNA made her solo debut in June 2017 with the mini-album "Vai! Ya! Vai!" and successfully completed her first solo live tour in the summer. The next step is her first anime theme song as a solo artist, the first single "Here" to be released on November 1, 2017, which is already on-air as the opening theme for the TV anime "Mahoutsukai no Yome. It is a unique song with dizzying changes in beat, and JUNNA's vocals are powerful as always. It was also released on her last day of her 16th birthday, which is November 2.

With the live tour and the production of "Here," this summer has flown by!

─ ─ On June 21, you released your first mini-album "Vai! How was your first tour after your solo debut?

JUNNA It was like I was on the road in a blink of an eye. There were two shows each in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka, so I thought I would be singing a lot, but when the last day came, I thought it was already over.

─ ─ Actually, I was at Akasaka BLITZ in Tokyo on the first day (August 18). I thought it was a magnificent stage. What was memorable about that day?

JUNNA It was the first time for me to perform guitar in front of the audience, and I was supposed to play the introduction of the first song "Otona wa Kiwano Kurenai" with only one guitar, so I was really nervous before going on stage. After I finished singing, I thought, "Oh, I'll be fine," and from the second song, "JINXXX," I was able to relax and sing.

─ ─ Indeed, when I appeared on stage and picked up the guitar, I was surprised to hear that I was going to play. I was surprised.

JUNNA Before the performance, I was so nervous that I wondered what would happen. I was able to finish the first day's live successfully, and from the second day, I felt much more at ease.

─ Which part of the tour in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka left the strongest impression on you?

JUNNA All the shows were memorable, but I was especially nervous in Nagoya, my hometown, because my family and friends were there. But I really enjoyed singing in front of everyone. And the audience was also very excited from the beginning, shouting out loud. I was happy because I was a little worried that the live show would be quiet since there are many shy people in Nagoya.

─ ─ At the Tokyo show, there were quite a few people who came from overseas, weren't there?

JUNNA There was a person from Hong Kong who came to all 6 shows in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka. Since the concerts were held every weekend, he flew back and forth once he came to Tokyo, then came to Osaka, and so on. I talked to him a lot from the stage (laughs).

─ ─ It is a part of your live show that you actively talk to the audience, isn't it? I think it created a very friendly atmosphere.

JUNNA In August, along with the live performances, we also had the recording of the 1st single "Here" and the production of visuals, so it felt like the summer itself went by in a flash.
