Experience the world of Lelouch! First Large-Scale Exhibition "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion" to be Held!
To commemorate the release of the "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion" trilogy, the "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion" exhibition will be held at Tokyo Dome City Gallery AaMo from February 3 (Sat) to 12 (Mon), 2018.
Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion" is a TV animation series that aired its first season in 2006 and its second season "R2" in 2008. Set in Japan, which has become a territory of the Britannian Empire, the story follows Lelouch, a Britannian who has acquired the power of absolute observance and wears the mask of Zero, as he leads a resistance force against Britannia. The clever storyline and beautiful characters (original character design by CLAMP/character design by Takahiro Kimura) made the series popular among both men and women.
In November 2016, it was announced that a trilogy of film versions would be produced, reconstructing all episodes of the TV series with new parts and all new postrecording, and the first part, "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion I: Kodo" was released on October 21, 2017 (Saturday).
⇒Schedule of Anime Film Screenings
The exhibition to be held this time is the first large-scale one for "Code Geass" and includes various projects such as valuable anime production materials, spatial presentation, and original goods sales.
The exhibition will run for 10 days from February 3, 2018 (Saturday) to February 12, 2018 (Monday, national holiday). The exhibition will run without a break during the period; a special preview will be held prior to the event on Friday, February 2, and advance ticket reservation drawings are currently being accepted.
The content of the development meeting is very extensive, and if you have not seen all the films in the series, you may be shocked by spoilers and the sheer intensity of the event, so be sure to come prepared!
